About Course

Self-awareness is the key that unpacks the most complex of concepts: leadership. Yet it is often the last on the list of imperatives leaders consider for their role. This course offers an advanced view of Personal Development (PD). It is designed to question and challenge leaders to reflect on their experience, motives, principles and beliefs. It focuses on individual health and well-being as just the first step toward the health and well-being of the organisation. PD is not merely a ‘nice-to-have’, isolated from the task of leadership, it is an integrated and necessary starting point for success at all levels. Full of practical ideas, the course presents a framework for deepening understanding and focus.
